Workin' For The Weekend

it's friday, that's a cause for celebration. 

this weekend i'll be having a celebration OVERLOAD.

a friend's designs featured in a fashion show, roommate turns 22, 

and, not to be forgotten, cinco de mayo rounds up the weekend. 

did i mention we are right smack dab in the middle of finals- there's no hope!

with all that's going on this weekend, my mind has been busy piecing outfits together.

clearly, i didn't want to leave you guys out.

 here's one way i plan to style our new Coachella's Calling Tank.

Tank/Jeans/Vest/ Shoes/Bangles

one of my go-to's, right now, is the denim vest. seriously y'all, i am throwing it over everything!
it gives a little edge and mixes up tradition looks.

the best part about this saturday style... it can carry you
from day to night- that's assuming you can keep your white pants clean!
yes, for me this is quite a difficult task, hehe.

Toes In The Sand: Loaded Bag In Hand

 it is that time of the year!

college kids everywhere are counting down the days until spring break. there is no hiding the fact that this one week, seven days, 168 hours, 10,080 minutes (however you want to look at it) will be packed full of more memories than you and your girlfriends will actually be able to remember! 

this is the first year my girlfriends and i are taking an ALL GIRLS ONLY spring break trip. oh yeah, picture it- windows down, hair blowing in the wind, spice girls' wanna be blaring. you can't deny it-just  the thought of this car ride has you either wanting to fast forward a few days until you will be on your spring break or wishing you could rewind and go back to these days!

in the mix of all the packing craziness and anticipation, i never fail to leave something (for those of you that know me, this will not come as a surprise. let's be serious- i would probably loose my head if it weren't attached to my body). i figured i would put together a few packing list to help all of us sunshine craving spring breakers make sure we have what's needed once we make it to paradise!

today, everything needed for a successful day on the beach, add your favorite frozen drink and super cute swim suit, and you're all set!

Hello, 13!

January is on its way out the door and, boy, what a great start to 2013 it has been! I know I am 29 days late, but HAPPY NEW YEAR! For me 2012 was nothing less than thrilling and refreshing; I can already tell 2013 is going to follow in its same foot steps! For those of you who don't know, this is my last semester of undergrad and I am beyond words excited to see what comes in my next chapter! 

 The Adair world has also been running full throttle with the start of the new year! January has consisted of lots of new buying, branding, and planning for the future- y'all buckle up there is a lot coming your way! ;) Not only do we have fresh looks coming for our adored customers, but also an updated space for those local customers. That's right, Adair's "office/showroom" has had a facelift!
